A Transition occurs within an Activity whenever some specified condition is true. Upon the truth of the condition, the transition may initiate other processes, or may loop back to the beginning of the current process. It is important that this concept not be abused. The goal is to identify technology, or the potential application of technology. The goal is not to fully model business processes.
