CAMPUS OFFICERS AND ADMINISTRATORS
The previously-announced proposal to consolidate job titles will be
implemented July 1, 1995. Forty-five clerical and clerical-supervisor
classifications will be consolidated into eight (see Attachment A below).
Five additional titles will be retained temporarily in a "frozen" status
(no employee will be hired, transferred, or promoted into the title as it
is phased out).
Employees currently in titles to be deleted will be moved automatically to
retained titles. A systems change will effect necessary modifications and
eliminate the need for managers to complete Personnel Action Forms.
Affected employees will maintain current levels of salary, benefits,
appointment percentage, and service credit.
