CLASS CONCEPT

Under the supervision of a faculty member, the Dental Extern provides 
limited services to patients in a Dental Clinic including: extractions, 
temporary fillings, relief from pain, and repair and/or adjustment of 
denture cases, space maintenance, and orthodontic appliances; and 
performs other related duties as required.

                        MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Rate A

Completion of the major portion of the third year of dental school.

Rate B

Completion of the major portion of the fourth year of dental school.
